Our relationships will often define who we are and much of what goes on in our lives will be based on the relationships we have. Relationships however do not necessarily last forever and any type of relationship can become strained and can end. The most common case for this involves romantic relationships. Finding a partner in life involves finding someone you are incredibly compatible with and given the difficulty of doing this many of us will go through many partners before we find one that we are so highly compatible with that we will be with them forever. Sometimes you do find this person that you are highly compatible with but due to mistakes on one or both of your parts things become strained and you end up breaking up. To get ex back you need to step back and consider what led to the break up in the first place. Realistically assess if it was only a mistake as opposed to a true mismatch and work to convince them (and more importantly demonstrate to them) that this will not happen again. Once you are back with them you need to amplify that which went right and avoid that which led to the break up.
